Eat More Healthy

* We typically eat lunch around here at the group home at 11AM: Though I need to devise a plan for when I go back to school. I will have a class Monday Through Thursday that starts at 11AM to 12:15PM. 

* We love breakfast sandwiches around here with eggs, sausage or bacon, and bread.

* My Primary Care Physician; told me not to eat too much white bread, white rice, or noodles.


Exercise Regularly

* I want to start walking 2,000 steps a day!

Make-Up Maintenance

Drink More Water

* Thank You Roommate for buying us, all this bottled water.

* We get five in the morning & five at night!

* I don't want to buy extra cigarettes.
