Trying To Hard Tuesday

I’m able to talk to my Therapist around 2PM 🕑 today & this is my True Mental Health caseworker for the week and next week. Though ‘right now it’s only 9:35AM; I just drank a cup of coffee ☕️ and smoked two cigarettes 🚬. I have $47 on Venmo & wish people would send me more.

I have not been to Brain 🧠 scanning & ❤️‍🩹 Heart ♥️ scanning; in a while. My blood 🩸 sugar levels this morning was 185! I have 97 College Courses Completed ✔️ I’m not aware of what else I need to complete. I am excited 😆 to get my glasses 👓 this weekend & hopefully 🙏 DL & Voters soon.

I walked with ‘Angelic to the corner store 🏬 & spent 💵 $22. I bought this bottle and three packs of Main Street cigarettes 🚬! My nurse for my mouth 👄 helped me when I got back & I’m waiting for caseworker.

Finding Faith Friday

I ate both sushi plates on the day I bought them & finished the wild cherry cream Pepsi’s today too. Today I had a meeting with my ‘Recovery Manager,… & ‘manager 

They are asking me to come up with some ideas for paperwork and goals. Then we ate chicken pot pie’s. I’ve had two cups of coffee,…

It was delicious and only candy crush and I bought ten boxes/cups of Chobani for $12. My blood sugar has been about 423! I like writing and reading my books and I need to drink less,… sugar sodas and stop eating pasta, bread, and carbs.

Seeking Saturday

​Drinking a cup of coffee and ate a bowl of Cheerios. I’m sitting on my bed and my dad informed me the little one woke up at 4:45AM. Today I would like to talk about being supportive no matter what situation you are in. 

Being Supportive: I need to be as supportive as I can and be there for the people that mean the most in My life.

• Offering genuine encouragement, reassurance, and compassion.
• Providing verbal expressions of sympathy or physical gestures of affection.
• Listening with an open mind and no judgment.
• Avoiding making promises you can't keep.
  
  

I had two cups of coffee and four cigarettes since 7AM. I’m learning supportive habits and learning ways to be more self sufficient. Being open from my own place of truth; hopefully I can see my dad today but if not I know I will be ok and life is good. I think of myself as a supportive individual and today I am being patient and not worried if I can get to do what I want. I’m not sending a ton of annoying text and remaining unselfish by going with the flow.
